Terminal strip is the most commonly used connecting equipment in industrial electrical field. Due to different operating environments, the terminal strip needs to meet different electrical equipment, environments and standards. Terminal structures such as splicing slots, reinforcement screws, marking strips, error proof plug-ins, etc. appear in the wiring terminals.
Splicing slot can meet the needs of different digits
The terminal number is usually between 2-24 digits. When our company produces the connection terminal, an injection molding connection slot is set on the outside of the plastic shell of the connection terminal, and grooves and convex grooves are set on both sides of the connection terminal. For example, the two position terminal side of the groove and the other three position terminal convex groove can be combined to form a five position terminal. The power supply needs a large number of terminal strips, while the motor and other equipment need two three digit equivalent terminal strips and wiring slots to meet this demand.


The reinforcing screws prevent terminal board vibration.
Generally, there may be models with reinforcing screws in plug-in, spring-loaded and fence type wiring terminal systems. Those with the letter "m" in the brand model of Lianjie electric control terminal are those with reinforcing screws, also known as "flanges".
The reinforced screw technology is a screw nut that acts as a fixed asset at both ends of a terminal.
With the continuous expansion of traditional terminals, the extreme electrical connection environment also puts forward more stringent requirements for the use of terminals. For example, in the non static environment, the terminals used for electrical connection or signal communication must meet the needs of the dynamic working environment, while the traditional plug-in terminals occasionally have poor contact or even fall off, which brings certain safety risks to the system.
In view of this, the joint technician designed the screw reinforced terminal and added a more stable screw reinforcement on the fixed base of the plastic parts to avoid the above possible problems. In addition, only adding fixing screws at both ends will not increase the wiring workload.
